It all started in 2004 with an invention motivated by the collapse of music CD sales by artists worldwide, Peer to Peer (P2P) digital piracy and the surge of "Song at 99 cents" digital downloads. At the end of 2004 Gerardo Alton-Ortega (CEO) a recording artist's agent and manager thought of a new music distribution method that would replace CD's and at the same time would keep its qualities as a full music album, a less expensive method of manufacturing and shipping but most important, unable to be reproduced illegaly. After months of creating, planning, beta testing; system improvements "Digimusicard" was created following by its worldwide patent fillings for a full music album distribution via a card and eventually the secure media delivery system via a card evolved to (software, games, movies, ebooks, audio books, videos, internet, TV shows, file sharing, etc.)
Vital Digital LLC. was created to manage all of its secure media delivery system subsidiaries and expand globally into a new era of media distribution via cards. In 2008 all the diferent products consolidated under Digi-cards worldwide trademark, making Digi-cards a sole secure multimedia delivery system via download cards.

Son of world renowned mexican opera singer Cristina Ortega, Gerardo has been around music all of his life. A constant promoter of Latin recording artists as well as the Recording Academy in the United States and abroad he was president and founder of Vital Entertainment Group (an artist management company) dedicated to promote independent and upcoming recording artists.
Gerardo is now the CEO & Chairman of Vital Digital LLC. where he is worldwide patent holder and inventor. From 1993 until now he has hold various managerial positions in the advertising, publishing, printing and entertainment business. Since 2002 he is acting president & board member of the Hispanic Heritage Society a non-profit organization. Gerardo has three kids and is also a an avid aviator.

With a background in advertising he worked 7 years in such agencies as Young & Rubicam, Bozell Vazquez & Ad-hoc, developing multimedia and web technologies for its clients.
Since Ciberiada, Ismael has developed close ties with all of his customers dedicating time to the developement of internet technologies and website design, thanks to that dedication he has been apointed CIO of Vital Digital LLC where he is responsible for all Intelligent & Information Technologies, software, internet & web design development in all areas of the company.
Ismael currently lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina with his wife and two sons.

With 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, Bruce Bayne is blessed to be working in an industry he truly loves. At the end of the 80's he put down his drumsticks to fiddle with two turntables and a mixer so he could learn the art of DJ'ing...the rest is history. He fell in love with making people move and still does this through his position as manager for international award winning DJ 'jojoflores'.
His experience in the music industry has been instrumental to the development of one of Vital Digital LLC most valuable assets, the Digimusicard. Bruce has most recently held positions at Stanton Magnetics in sales and marketing as well as held the position of Marketing Director for CChip Technologies. He currently holds the position as "Director of Marketing" for the Winter Music Conference (WMC), The worlds third most important and North America's largest industry conference dedicated to DJ's, labels, and artists held in Miami now celebrating its 25th year. He is currently based out of South Florida with his wife and their 2 children.

Served on the Board of Directors for one of the largest user-friendly Computer Clubs in San Antonio as the Vice-President of Member Services to the Alamo PC Organization.
Serving and supplying information as well as working closely with major Software Corporations in procuring Computer Software for club members to write reviews in a monthly publication, Cathy's attention to detail as well as dedication to the task at hand will help to bring success to the table. While immersed in the architectural field in Mexico, He Co-owns an Art Studio in Paradise Valley Arizona: "Epiphany2Design Art Studio" where he develops his graphic design skills with photography.
His design experience stems up from The University of Chihuahua in Mexico to Design workshops at the Phoenix Art Museum in Arizona and the MoMA in New York City. In the music scene he is known as DJ BOLIGOGO, and has worked with power houses such as ALONDRA, OBK, DIEGO SCHOENING, MIMI (ex flans), ERIKA ALCOCER among others. He is currenly married and living in Phoenix Arizona.

He also worked as a financial advisor with the Starck Group in Venezuela, and in sports marketing where his first love, soccer, beckoned him again. He received a contract from Caracas FC and played professionally for 7 years until an injury sidelined him. Using the knowledge and experience he gained from working, he became partners with the group known as Pocket Disc, LLC, to help commercialize and distribute Digi-cards around the world.

When he turned 16 and graduated from high school in Caracas, Venezuela, his family moved to Maryland, USA where he attended an American high school, receiving a diploma in 1993. Returning to his homeland, he started his studies in graphic design at Instituto de Diseño de Caracas. He then attended La Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogota, Columbia, and finished his studies in graphic design and visual communications at the Art Institute in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, graduating in 1988. He started his career working for the Post Edge Miami as an Art Director, moved on to BVI Communication as an Art Director there and in 2001, opened his own post production company Red Design and Post. In 2009, together with two partners, helped to create Pocket Disc, LLC to commercialize and distribute Digi-cards around the world.

Bianca Ruggeri is first and foremost a music fanatic and lover of all things in popular culture. She is the Director of Client Relations at Miami based Music and Sound Design studio, Adobo Productions.
Spends most of her time immersed in the music scene and entertainment world of wherever she happens to live at the moment. Originally from Brazil, Bianca is an avid world traveler and has lived all over the US from coast to coast as well as Music City, USA-Nashville, TN where she attended the University of Middle Tennessee and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and Marketing.
She recently relocated to Miami, FL from Los Angeles, CA where she helped develop the online start up Music.com where she found a new passion for advertising and marketing as the Director of Advertising for the website. Bianca has a fresh eye for design, advertising and marketing and likes to think outside the box to come up with new ways to develop and brand new ideas. She's the newest addition to the Digi-Card family and her keen eye for style and creativity will add to the already fantastic team working on the newest technology to "swipe" the world.

He is also a professional photographer, a passion of his since he was very young. All these experiences combined have taught him the most important aspects of sales, business management and financial planning.

He was instrumental in the development of the latest upgrade of Digi-cards 3.0 with all its mobile capabilities and he has single handedly created the new Digi-cards Download Gateway. Dario lives in Buenos Aires with his wife and son and one of his favorite pastimes is to explore and develop new information technologies.
